The Stables Deer Park Farm in Knowle Solihull offer well equipped rooms with double or superking beds, private ensuites with showers overlooking the farms 60 acres of paddocks and Warwickshire countryside. This accommodation sleeps two people in a converted stable and feautures modern furnishings and free wifi.
We are just 12 minutes drive from the centre of Solihull or if you wish to dine in Lapworth, Knowle we have an array of Gastro country pubs and restuarants within walking distance.
Local takeaways will also deliver to you stable door if you prefer to dine in and enjoy the scenery from your stable or sit out on your terrace or on our green where we have outside table and chairs.
There is a welcome folder in your stable with menus for local pubs and takeaways. The NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International airport and railway station are just 15 minutes drive from us.

Please note there is no. Tea and coffee is provided There are patio doors in opening onto a private garden and outside table and chairs on front terrace. This features a garden view overlooking fields and a front and back terrace with table and chairs. Parking for 2 cars provided.

This consists of a bedroom with super-king bed. Free WiFi is provided. The room has a super king-size bed (or 2 twin beds) and the bed configuration will be a super-king unless specified, a dressing table, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Tea and coffee is provided This ground floor chalet overlooks the paddocks and offers an outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Parking for 2 cars. Guests should state their bed configuration preference in the Special Requests box at the time of booking.

Used as overnight stop before morning flight from BHX. Very quiet rural location. Nice comfortable room.

The location was really nice, the accommodation was comfortable & supplied all needed for a couple of days stay, peaceful. Alpacas were lovely. If you like peace & quiet it’s a good place to stay.
