All of it! The staff, the location, the facilities, all excellent. It is not the first time I have stayed at Redwings Lodge, and it certainly won't be the last. I hope to return sometime in the autumn.

the gentleman on reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect for what we needed and great prices too. Free car parking was a great addition and in such a good spot. Would definitely use again! Stayed here to go to NEC comic con - had to get an uber there and back but it was a great spot for us, not too far and lots around the lodge in terms of food/drinks/shops!
