The house was great, amazing space and everything that we needed. Where the ratings are slightly lower, we had a couple of issues which were dealt with very quickly by the host. We went as a group attending a conference and will likely stay again next year if the house is available. It was only a short drive to Resorts World where our conference was so it was a great location. The host was really accommodating in communication before and during our stay, which we really appreciated.

Typical English house, it was quite nice, the living area, garden, kitchen etc. Clean bathroom as well. Table football for kids, is pretty nice touch.

A wonderful house with a lovely decoration and a nice garden! Spacious bedrooms and sitting areas! The kitchen was well equipped. Very clean rooms and bathroom! We recommend this house for families and friends! The owner was very friendly and kind.

Fantastic stay in Solihull. The house is situated on a quiet street but walking distance to Solihull centre and short drive to the NEC. Inside, Wow - Huge space, beautifully decorated, separate living, dining and sleeping spaces (comfortable beds). The house was very clean with all the amenities we needed and more! The garden was amazing, what a huge outdoor space to relax in! Perfect base for our group's stay. Highly recommended, will refer to our friends and family when they're visiting Solihull and Birmingham. The host was also great, communication leading up to and during the stay was helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
