Really big room with comfortable chairs, overlooking the huge garden at the back. Powerful shower. Also it was a very good price in this location. The pub Ye Olde Saracen's Head (Balsall Common) was excellent and only at 5 minutes driving. There are also 2 good charity shops in Balsall Common. Very friendly owner.

The location was ideal for my purpose, the room was a good size, breakfast was fantastic, and the bed was very comfy. The best part was the host, Jamie, who is very lovely and accommodating.
