Housekeeper Paula is an absolute gem. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she always goes that extra mile to ensure our room is spotless and to answer any questions we might have. Bed very comfortable. Good tea and coffee making facilities with lovely biscuits.

Room was a good size, had everything we needed. Bathroom was modern and all facilities worked great. Bed was comfy, air conditioning/ heating available and easy to use in the room.

We were exhibiting at the NEC - the journey was easy - Arrival was smooth - parking easy, friendly staff. My room was very clean, my shower hot and vigorous. There were enough warm towels and they were large enough to dry myself. I was provided with a tea cup that was big enough to make a real cup of tea (why don't more hotels do this?) We ate dinner here too - the food was good and served hot and the waiting staff were very attentive. Breakfast too, I had avocado toast with perfectly poached eggs.
