The villa is in a great location on the south west side of the lake. 20 minutes drive into Desenzano, 30 minutes into Sirmione and 40 minutes to Garda Land. There's a smaller town on the lake which is only ten minutes away with a couple of bars and restaurants. Supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away. It's very secluded at the villa itself, so it's perfect to use as a base to get out and enjoy the hustle of the lakeside towns when it's busy and then get back for some well earned, air-conditioned peace and relaxation! The pool is shared with people from the other villas on the complex but there was never more than 4 other people there and our two noisy boys had a great time playing and enjoying the pool.

Eleanor Breagoli gave us a good welcome and tour of the Villa. She kept us up to date on any information we may have needed. The Villa was clean and stocked well for cooking. However disappointed to find that BBQs were being used by residents and not allowed for us. The kitchen was small, so it got warm and stuffy quickly. This wasn't out 1st choice of Villa ( sadly our 1st choice pulled out ) this was given as an alternative but we enjoyed our stay. The pool was quiet despite being shared which was a bonus Lifeguard and had to wear a swim hat. Private garden was good. Nice to relax on the loungers.
