The most friendly and kind hearted receptionists, they change between mornings and nights, we met four people and I honestly can't think a bad thing for them, some spoke English better than others, some none, but all of them truly tried to help us to our every need even when they didn't have the answer, the room was always warm, the bed soft and the water in the bathtub if you let it run a little was warm as well, I had a great time.
