Everything! Location, the personal greeting by Dimitar (Host), very LARGE apartment, cleanliness, security, proximity to small shop, restaurant options etc etc. Book this place now!! (Oh - and the massive park across the road, with restaurant and bar choices as well as unlimited biking/walking trails, tennis).
