Just great budget option for a stay in Sofia. Large comfortable room with balcony and great view over the city. Good location in quiet street about 10 minutes walk from train and bus station. Supermarket just across the road. Shared kitchen and plenty of showers and toilets. I never had to queue. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend.

The view from the room was amazing. Lucio left us crossaints and I could make my coffee in the morning. There ware 2 bathrooms and 2 separete showers room. The open space was clean. It is on the 7th floor, and the lift goes only till 5th floor. Don't be scared to use the lift-it is old, but it's working just fine.

Friendly staff, good location, nice vie from balcony, good price, pleasant to receive croissant and coffee.
