The people are really polite and nice. The guy at the reception was friendly and positive. It was rainy and Peter immediately ran and gave us two umbrellas. We were there one night in January, it was clean, the room was warm, there was hot water. The location is perfect, everything is nearby

The owner was really kind and helpful, for that price it was perfect for a night or a few, right in the center of Sofia. The room and shared kitchen were fine, nothing extraordinary, but with everything needed.

Our stay was perfect. The location is excellent, very central, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away and tram stops right next to the property. The area is quiet, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The common areas were also spotless. The man who welcomed us (I believe he is the owner, although I don’t know his name) was extremely kind at all times. I honestly highly recommend this place, and if I return to Sofia, I will definitely stay here again.
