We had asked for a room on the lower floor, and fortunately we were given a spacious and very clean room, not with the doublebed by the wall (like on photo number 19) but it was the photo 2 (but with a doublebed in the middle) and the photo 34/55 in the Gallery. The bathroom with WC with about 2 square metres was big enough. The wet floor after taking shower would be dry quickly after turning on the ventilation (which unlike in some other ho(s)tels is off just when you want). There was also a doormat to put it on the wet floor after taking shower.. Unexpectedly, we also had a small fridge in the room. TV with a few channels in English, German and Italian besides a lot of Bulgarian channels, though none from nearby Serbia. Good heating on AC. Well-equipped shared kitchen, also with an electric kettle and hairdryer. Very good wi-fi. The room faced the street with cobblestones, yet it was very calm at night. The location near metro & tram station with Lidl supermarket just there. Unbeaten price/quality. Last but not least, very helpful and friendly receptionists with very good English.
