Very nice hotel. Central location. Good breakfast, fitness and spa/pool. Hotel room standard for this type of hotel. Not great not bad.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Sofia. The location is excellent and despite being so central, the hotel is very quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and convenient bedside power outlets for charging devices. We also appreciated having local control over the air conditioning in the room — it made our stay even more comfortable. The inner garden is very beautiful and relaxing. All staff members were impressively fluent in English, thank you guys! We had informed the hotel in advance about our late check-in and our preference for a room with a balcony, and we were very grateful that the staff were kind enough to accommodate both requests. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to try the restaurant or the SPA facilities, but we assume they are just as good as the rest of the experience. We would happily stay here again!
