Staff friendly Room was a bit dated plug socket off the wall.and damaged floor but overall experience was good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even I did not speak much Bulgarian, we still managed to sort everything out. The receptionist even ordered a taxi for me, which took less than 5 minutes, because it wasn't working via my app. I'll definitely stay again, whe I have an early morning flight.

Very convenient location in between centre and airport and very well connected by tram number 22. The owner was amazing and was so kind and helpful.
