Presidential Suite was really awesome and more than value for money. The Reservations Team and Hotel Manager gave us a free pf charge upgrade.

We took the room with the balcony, it was big and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful, good location close to the center and the metro station.

Very nice hotel. Close to the mall and the center, large and comfortable rooms. The staff is kind and willing to help. We stayed at the hotel for about five days, but the breakfast did not justify 5 stars (every day the same thing and less), neither the toiletries in the bathroom nor the room maintenance. The price is even very fair compared to what you get.

Breakfast is good. Not exceptional, but nice. Thin pancakes I never encountered in other hotels in Sofia. Location is also perfect. It is just 2 mins by foot from metro Opolchenska, and a bit further from Serdika. The hotel itself is stylishly decorated
