Well located near Serdika station Helpful staff who booked us a place at a good local restaurant when we arrived late in the day; organised taxis for us.

There are definitely some positive aspects worth mentioning. The location is great — close to everything but still in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed.
