Location is great. Close to the center and some attractions. Rooms are big and have enough space for our luggage. Beds are comfortable with clean sheets. Complete set of Toiletries were provided and water temperature in the shower is easy to adjust. Breakfast is hefty, healthy, with variety of choices, delicious and good value for the money. Staff are accommodating, allowing us to check-in early once the room is available. There is coffee and tea provided in a room. Nothing to complain with our stay.

The location was great - easy walking distance to everything. Lots of nice cafes in the area too. The room was a good size and comfortable enough. Reception staff were very nice.

Perfect location close to the centre of Sofia and Serdika metro station. Area felt very safe Checked in after a late flight so was provided with a PIN code on the day and it all worked very smoothly. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
