The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help and going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The room was cozy and spacious, the breakfast rich and varied, and the location absolutely perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is a real gem. It is located on a quiet side street just off Vitosha Boulevard and only a short walk to the tourist sights. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Every effort was made to ensure we had the best stay ever, and we did. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious foods from fresh fruit and yoghurt to extremely yummy cakes. Happy hour was lovely to relax over drinks and nibbles and to chat with other guests. We were also very grateful for the amazing chocolate cake, compliments from the hotel, brought to our room when we had returned in the afternoon to rest for a while. Truly delicious! Further, we were stunned when the hotel paid for our taxi to the airport. These extras were amazing and very much appreciated, but even without, the hotel is a great place to stay.

Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of delicious things to eat. Staff extremely helpful. Really enjoyed happy hour. Room comfortable and liked being able to open the window.
