Very clean appartment. Very friendly. Owner made all her best. Key from the car had been locked inside, owner called for her friend who unlock the car's door. Appreciate a lot!

Very clean, well equipped apartment very near the centre of a nice town. Very quiet with good secure off road parking. On arrival, access was straightforward. We initially parked in the quiet street for a few minutes, obtained the key from the lockbox and were then able to remotely open the gates to the parking area. Visited the castle tower in Sobeslav which is close.The lady issuing tickets spoke no English but was incredibly helpful, even to the extent of using Google translate to write down interesting information. Two young ladies in the attached library spoke English and were most helpful. When asked, they gave us a list of places to visit which included Cesky Krumlov, 1 hour by car, Hluboka, 30 mins. by car, Tabor, 20 mins. by car. These places are well worth a visit! Also went to the Svarkov lookout tower which is local but turned out to be more of a walk than we expected due to Google maps being totally wrong. We stopped a lady for help and as she spoke no English and as we were well away from the correct route she walked with us for several minutes to make sure we were headed in the right direction, even though she was originally walking in the opposite direction. It is a nice walk giving good views. It is not far, easily found, but make sure you have the correct directions. To get there with Google maps would require you to ford a river as there is no bridge! We had a enjoyable week in a very good apartment. Would recommend.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location. Didn’t meet any staff so can’t comment on that but no issues with booking and good communication re check in and out instructions.
