As a solo traveller I can thoroughly recommend this property. Having had bad experiences with dingy Hotel rooms I have been converted to this type of property for a while. Beats any hotel for views, facilities and location. Owners present and helpful when needed. I was also blessed with excellent weather so was able to dine on the patio. Easy access to neighbouring villages, the Wolds villages and the coastline. For those who want to cycle the roads around the property are quiet and flat. The local pheasant, who struts around the garden daily, decided to stand outside the patio doors and peer at me through the blinds which amused me. Go ahead and book.

Exceptional quality, far better than a five star hotel room. Bi-doors opening out onto patio and hence garden. With a view of the church tower. Peaceful, but easily accessed from the A15. Superb continental breakfast brought to the door every morning.
