Spectacular view of mountains, friendly owner- they’ve been running this business through generations. Newly renovated and very modern looking. Very cosy and not far from Kirkjufell. Celebrated Christmas dinner with owner and family and absolutely loved how welcoming everyone was. Oh, and food was very delicious!! Highly recommend!! Love everything about this place.

Amazing nature all around, great view, the cottage has windows on 3 walls so you really can enjoy it and feel in the middle of it. Very warm, great shower pressure. It is a horses farm so you can have a look at the beautiful Icelandic animal.

The cabins are nature at its best- we were in number 7. In the middle of nowhere, but still comfortable, warm and homely. The evening meal was superb- buffet with a mixture of everything, but all quite tasty- leg of lamb, smoked lamb, arctic char, salmon, fishcakes, various soups and salads, breads, etc,,and even ice cream to finish it off.

Nice little cottage with horses 🐎 on fields around, possible to take riding tours. Nice nature around.
