No breakfast.A coffeemaker in the room and lot of fast food restaurants nearby. There is a fridge. The grocery store and WalMart are close. Everything on the ground floor with lots of property for children and animals to play.

I liked how spacious it was. I enjoyed the fire place and the jacuzzi. The bed was comfy and they even had two super comfy blankets! It was lovely.

I needed a place last minute in Smith Falls for work and Roger’s motel was a good price (compared to some of the other places nearby) and the reviews said it was clean, which was most important to me. The facilities were dated, but the room itself was clean and did not have any unpleasant smells. The bathroom could use an update but it was good enough. I liked that the bed was metal so I didn’t worry about bed bugs in the box spring. The mattress and sheets were clean, as were the drapes, floors, and furniture etc. The wifi worked well, and check in/out process was easy. It was also nice to have the parking directly out front so it was easy to load and unload the car. Overall, I’d recommend it and would stay here again if necessary. I was in room 5 for reference.

I have stayed at Rogers Motel a number of times in the past four years. It has improved a 100 % since my first stay. The rooms are updated and the staff is very nice and helpful. I'll be back.

Location to drive into town was excellent. As far as motels go there’s nothing wrong with this one, was busy-ish with no issues, everything as expected

Met my expectations. Room was very clean. Very good quality mattress. Covenient location on the highway as you enter town but it was very quiet.

Nice window blinds & matching bedding. Bed is so comfortable. Close to everything. Always happy with this little place. Cozy!

Staff were pleasant. We needed help with the television and were helped by a staff member. There is a supermarket close by.
