The location is perfect for an on-snow accommodation experience. The staff were friendly and thoughtful—we received a morning update about the snowstorm and a follow-up call after we miss our check-in time to ensure we had no issues getting to the hotel. Although we had pre-booked a car park, we appreciated not being charged for the day we couldn’t access it due to the weather conditions. We stayed in a family quadruple room. While the space was compact, it offered generous storage space for our bulky snow attire which made a big difference. Some wear and tear in the hotel’s amenities is expected, but the cleanliness—especially in the bathroom—met our expectation and is something our family values highly. The on-site meals, bar, and entertainment options added to the enjoyment of our ski trip and made it a memorable stay

The rooms were a decent size and the location was convenient along with parking. Having a restaurant and bar on site was also good.
