We booked the hotel late at night and arrived after midnight as our flight earlier that evening had been cancelled. We had to leave a few hours later to catch an early morning flight, so didn't get to experience the hotel properly and had no chance to have breakfast.The staff were very friendly and even provided us with some food in the morning to take with us.

The hotel is generally good, the staff are helpful, and the cleanliness is satisfactory. The room sizes are considered good and suitable for short business trips. For me, it will be one of my options if I come to London again. The hotel’s location is generally good. What I also liked is the presence of a kitchenette in the room, which was one of the things that impressed me. The room is like a small studio.
