The hotel is generally good, the staff are helpful, and the cleanliness is satisfactory. The room sizes are considered good and suitable for short business trips. For me, it will be one of my options if I come to London again. The hotel’s location is generally good. What I also liked is the presence of a kitchenette in the room, which was one of the things that impressed me. The room is like a small studio.

This is the second time we have stayed here and booked again due to location as I was working in London. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly, restaurant was better this time, a more varied menu.
