The arrival was ideal, the person on the front desk was really nice and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. The hotel itself is lovely and location is top notch for a break in Sligo town without a car. The hotel overall was lovely and easy to find.

Breakfast could have been fresher. Had to ask for tea bags, bacon, sausage on second morning. Staff need to be more pro active.

Staff were great - couldn't have been more helpful and friendly from the lady who checked us in and helped us to get into the spa to the waitress at dinner and the guy at breakfast the following morning. Spa was lovely - spotlessly clean, modern, great sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub. Food and drinks were good.
