Friendly, helpful staff. Location is excellent....right by ferries, buses, restaurants, shops, etc but quiet in room with balcony doors closed. Views from balcony great.

I truly want to highlight the amazing, helpful, and very kind staff at this hotel, especially the reception team. They really went out of their way to help me find accommodation quickly and supported me during a personal situation when I felt unsafe. Thank you so, so much to the entire hotel. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean. Was given a free upgrade on arrival which was a plus because I had found out after booking that the type of room I had booked was likely to have a window looking out into a shaft.
