All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please note that construction work is going all over the Malta as well as in buildings nearby and/or adjacent to us (depending on the timing) and some units may be affected by noise, the level of noise may be different and depends on the works which are being done.An online pre check-in registration form must be filled in before the property can proceed with scheduling the check-in appointment.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Beautifully designed place right next to Sliema Ferries. Very friendly and helpful team, despite the fact that our plane was late by 3 hours and that we have actually not read the pre-arrival messages - they have patiently explained everything via the phone and guided us on how to get to the property.

Well designed and great location at Sliema Ferries (next to all cafes, Zara etc). Our apartment had 2 ACs so we successfully kept it cool and felt good after a day spent on the sun.

Perfect location.5 min.from.the ferries You have everything you need in the apartment. Very good design, nice outdoor place, which we didn't use, because it was cold and raining, but will be perfect in good weather.
