We randomly chose this hotel in Sliema, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly, genuinely smiling, and always happy to help — which made our stay feel very welcoming. The lady A. at the reception was especially wonderful and made us feel very nice. Our air-conditioned room had a balcony with a spectacular sea view. Watching the sunrise and the boats passing by was simply amazing. We choose hotels breakfast and it was very good — they continuously made sure there was plenty of fresh food available. The location was perfect: there was a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach every part of the island, often without even needing to change buses. Right across the street was a beach with crystal-clear water — though quite deep — which was perfect for a quick swim. It was also no problem to leave our luggage at the reception both before check-in and after check-out, which we really appreciated.

Breakfast was good. Reception staff / management so friendly. Cleaning staff were lovely and friendly. Good value, especially for high season. 24 hours reception. Felt very safe. Really good air conditioning in the room, good shower.

The location is fantastic – bus stops are very close by, making it easy to get around and explore nearby towns or attractions. There’s also a small café right next to the hotel and many great restaurants along the promenade, perfect for enjoying local cuisine. The beach is just a short walk away. Although it’s a rocky beach, it’s well-equipped and perfectly suitable even for families with kids. There is also a sandy beach about 15 minutes away on foot. The breakfast was basic but acceptable for the price – a bit repetitive, but with enough variety to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that was a real lifesaver during the heat. The balcony faced the inner courtyard, and the bathroom had small windows opening to a ventilation shaft. There was one European-style power socket in the room, which was convenient, but bringing an extra adapter would have been helpful. Housekeeping came every day – towels, bed linen, and toiletries were changed regularly, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with good service and an excellent location. We’d definitely stay here again!
