We arrived early afternoon, after walking around in the heat, entering the lobby was a great feeling as the air conditioning was on. There is no reception, but when we called the number on the signs, the owner immediately picked up and informed us that he would be there in 2 minutes as he was upstairs preparing the rooms. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out he was extremely friendly, responsive and kind. We had no problems at all in the apartment and it was extremely clean, modern and welcoming, we had a wonderful time and if we decide to come back we will definitely visit it again. If you are wondering where to stay in the area you will not go wrong if you choose Citizen Suites. Thank you, Citizen Suites, for making our Malta trip even better!

Stuff here is amazing, they were very coperative and also our room was cleaned every day Its great place, and because of the price that is low we didnt had much expecation but would go here again

The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, about a 10-minute walk from the beachfront. However, note that it sits at the top of a fairly steep hill, which might be less suitable for people with mobility issues. Our room was quite spacious for two people, but as there are different room types, it may not look exactly like the photos. The room was generally clean, and everything worked as expected. Basic kitchen equipment is provided (cooktop, mini fridge, dishes, and cutlery), as stated in the description. However, it’s not a fully equipped kitchen—there are no knives, cutting boards, oven, etc.—so keep that in mind when planning meals. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the property operates with a “virtual office,” this wasn’t an issue for us, as staff were present during the day and responded quickly via WhatsApp. Make sure you have WhatsApp installed and inform the staff of your arrival time in advance so they can let you into the room. Overall, the apartment was a great choice for a short summer holiday in Malta. We would recommend it, especially because it’s one of the more affordable options—offering exactly what you pay for: simple, comfortable accommodation without unnecessary extras.
