“Staff try but a very average hotel and stay”

Staff are all welcoming and clearly try very hard despite the issues noted below. Whilst their app is a good idea, I think guests should get access to this ahead of their stay, so they can actually book the facilities they want to use (instead of showing up and them being fully booked). That being said you can use the hotel facilities (gym, spa, beach club) on the day you arrive and leave (i.e. after check out) which was useful for showering before our flight home. The hotel gym was spacious and well equipped.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the beach club. Breakfast was very good. Spacious room (King/10th floor). Shower water pressure adequate.

The location for sure. The breakfast was amazing. The beach club (that was reserved for the guests of the hotel and we loved that part) was amazing too. The spa facilities were great. The staff ultra helpful every time we needed them. The pillows menu filled with really comfortable choices. The highlight is the app the hotel has that you can arrange pretty much EVERYTHING though it.
