Clean and comfortable property. Excellent breakfast with all the options if you wanted them. Set me up for the day ahead. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

excellent with a good choice of breakfasts, the hot part - bacon, eggs etc prepared for the time we requested breakfast. Our room suited us fine. albeit facing a main road traffic noise was never a problem. Great shower. The location was great, and really suited our needs as by bus or car there are loads of place of interest we could and did visit. Off street car parking was also welcomed.
