Location was perfect, close to city center. Room was very clean and the staff was very kind. I also liked the food in the hotel. Rooms are spacy and the the overall quality of service does exceed the expectations.

I really liked the location, it was very clean and tidy. The staff was very kind and they will book you taxi driver if you need one, to the airport. Also they gave me an upgrade room, even I booked the classical. The view was very nice.

Great location! Easy to find. Big room plus bathroom. Comfy beds. I didn't hear much noise from the neighbouring rooms: a big plus. Heating worked well. Kettle in room. Small fridge. Windows can be opened. View on stone bridge: Calm, pedestrian area. Regional style breakfast (which was ok for me but might not be liked by all) with a great view because it is on the 6th floor. Dinner was tasty.
