Fabulous villa in the best location on the port level and 2 verandas with fantastic views. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Comfortable,Spacious and homely. We arrived on a Sunday, so I was worried the shops would be closed, Pandelis and Mary are fantastic hosts, very friendly and accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. They supplied us with water, bread etc for our first day. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful villa. 🤩🥰

Villa Yiannoula is beautiful and comfortable, exactly as described and offers total relaxation from start to finish. A lovely home in the port of Skopelos. The property is super spacious and spotlessly clean. It is close to restaurants, bars and shops, but also very quiet. The accommodation was cleaned halfway through our stay and fresh towels and sheets were provided. The kitchen on the ground floor was well equipped with everything you would find in any kitchen, although we only used it to prepare breakfast and coffee. He also provided us with water, fruit juice, watermelon, olives, cheese and coffee as a welcome gift. Mr. Pandelis was friendly, professional and easy to contact, which made the experience really welcoming and personal. Wonderful view from the two terraces. You can find parking spaces on the pier right in front of the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Yannoula in Skopelos. The location is great – close to everything we needed and part of the island’s picturesque scenery. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Even before our arrival, Mr. Pandelis was super helpful, always quick to answer our questions and give us suggestions on how to get around the island and how to get there. He really made our trip easier and more enjoyable.

Villa Yiannoula is a most charming Traditional Sporades Town House with the advantage of one of the very best locations that benefit enormously from the two different level terraces and balconies that provide excellent space for visitors from Couples to Families to enjoy at varying times of the day. Its not often to find a property such as Villa Yiannoula so close to the Skopelos Harbour front and the delightful location set back slightly from the landmark charming white Church at the end of the Harbour provides a very quiet stay but ability to watch the world go by and see the daily routine of Harbour life and the comings and goings as Ferries appear and disappear daily. The accommodation is just a very short flat stroll along the Harbour Front from the many Ferries that dock and then just a few steps up to arrive at the Garden gate at the left hand side of the Property as viewed from the Harbourside. ( Property is next to Hotel Georgios on the right hand side ) Pandelis the owner met us at the Gate at the agreed check in time and throughout our stay was the perfect host even providing a very comprehensive welcome pack of Food & Drink to get the stay off to an easy start. The Villa really is as all described but the Sporades charm oozes throughout once you get to use the property and ensures you set into total relaxation from the start to finish of your stay. Pandelis is not only the best host but a visit to Nostos Restaurant where he also works just on the Harbour front will also see him busy as ever but a trip to Nostos will be a good meal guaranteed. The main rear bedroom is very spacious and was a nice cool space with good air conditioning. The Front Bedroom opened on to the Top Floor terrace but there is a side Landing door that allows access to the side balcony drying area and access to the top front terrace to avoid going through the front Bedroom and the main vast terrace opens from the front Lounge. All in all great place to stay in Skopleos Town.
