The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Our room had a view to Skopelos town from our bedroom, and our front balcony opened up to the pool (one of three pools). Great property overall and perfect location... very quiet and just far enough away from town (10 minutes on foot).

The location of Summer Homes was a short walk from Skopelos port. You have a choice of three pools each with sun and shade at different times of the day, plenty of sun beds and quiet location. You are able to relax in or out of your apartments, on the balconies and poolside. The hotel will help you with every question so you feel looked after. Food and drinks can be delivered to poolside at the hotel pool which never felt crowded. We dined at the hotel restaurant several evenings, some greek dishes, some international and we enjoyed the traditional greek dancing night. The hotel can arrange any tours, car hire or excursions but we popped into town and booked the Mamma Mia coach tour on our first day so we could get a feel of the island. Highly recommend a bus tour. If you want to hire a car shop around for best prices. A mini market and supermarket are a walk away for provisions if you are having a leisurely breakfast in your apartment. There are lots of restaurants in town just a short walk away. Recommend exploring the old town and hillside plus try a few beaches to see what fits you best. Skopelos has a several small beaches which are reasonably densely populated but they still have a relaxed, friendly vibe. Summer Homes and hotel are very professional, extremely clean, well maintained and reasonably spacious for a holiday stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend.

The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. The accommodation was very pleasant and comfortable – a great choice for a relaxing holiday. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed.We’d be happy to return – definitely recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay during their holiday.
