Very good location, near town centre and with handy little shops round the corner. Very quiet location. Nice sitting out area although couldn't avail ourselves of that in the cooler weather. Comfortable beds and well appointed bedrooms. Comfortable sofas in lounge. Light and airy.

The location was excellent, the accomodation was warm and spacious. Having a dog with us, the small front garden and close proximity of a large park was great.
