A simple, basic, clean and comfortable budget studio. We had room 13..lucky for us. Shower had plenty of hot water. Outside seating area was a bonus. Bed was comfortable. Fridge in room. Despite proximity to the road and cafe we found the room quiet at night and slept well. No hesitation in booking a stay here again.
