Good air conditioning (needed in summer), balcony, and all the needed facilities. Friendly stuff, available and efficient. Side street with not much noise but still very central.

The room is smart because it has a sliding folding mosquito net at the balcony door so that one can avoid using the air conditioning during night time ....not everybody finds AC fun, on the contrary this invention is rather annoying...so I congratulate the owner and the company who produces these mosquito nets

The apartman's place is perfect. 30m from the main street. There is supermarket, brunch place, shops, pharmacy near. Everything is close in 1-3min walk. There are climate in the room, fridge and towels. It was great holiday for us. Everybody is friendly.
