Staff was super nice and friendly and gave us plenty of information during our stay. They are reachable through various ways, whatsapp and Instagram and made sure our stay was confortable. We were not ready before our check-out but she was super comprehensive when we were a bit late to clear up the room. Cleaning almost ok. Nothing available like sample shampoo or shower gel...

I don't know why this place gets negative reviews but it's completely fine. The girl that works there is lovely and let us leave our luggage before checking in. The room was good, air cons and fridge were working. The beds were really comfortable. The balcony is small but enough to fit 4 people on it, we really enjoyed the sunset and night view. Overall, everything was good.
