Clean, good location close to Cleveland way and walk to Saltburn.

Not really a dislike as that would be unfair but one of the single beds is extremely squeaky and as adults in this room would have liked an additional pillow each. Perfectly adequate for children though just we were 4 adults sharing.

We had a excellent time we were close to our families and close to other places too The property was lovely and clean the welcome gift was wonderful a really nice touch We will be visiting again definitely

The property is near the beach. It is also quiet at night. Safety is not a concern.
