The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was exactly what we needed for a 2 night stay in Skegness we didn't stay much in the room. The hotel is perfect for morning walk along beach as not too far and it's lovely quiet area of the beach. Me and 10 year old daughter had a wonderful time. 😁

Price was good.. Location good. You get what you pay for.. Went cheap, expected cheap. 😊 No complaints.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff. Great location. The manager gave us a great deal on two double rooms as our friends joining us were a couple with two children also and there were no more family rooms left so that was really kind. All in all a great experience, would definitely stay again and recommend.

They stop including breakfast and I was not informed about this, so we had to pay and go into town to have breakfast
