What a great caravan..Great location and had all the facilities you could need!! Hosts were fab too, called to make sure everything was OK and communication before & after we left were perfect..Deposit was returned less than an hour after we left. Couldn't have asked for a better stay 🥰

Couldn't be any closer to all the action, yet a lovely quiet site. Lovely to sit on the verander with a cold beer and watch the world go by. Absolutely every appliance you need to make life in the kitchen a breeze.

Location amazing Maria's caravan is very close to the entrance of the site, not far to walk and your on sea lane. The caravan was very clean on arrival, and beds were made up, which was a lovely surprise as most of the time nowadays the bedding is left for you to do on arrival. There is everything you need in the van so if you forget something I'm sure it will be there. We ate out as there are cafes open and a lot of food places around. But if you want to cook in the van there is an airfryer, cooker and microwave. The main bedroom is very roomy with space to get changed without tapping a wall 🤣🤣. The niew from the decking it brilliant. You can watch the people on the rides. I would definitely visit again. Maria has a website with her other places to stay, and they look equally as nice. www.eastcoastholidays.co.uk Maria was lovely to talk to and only a phone call away. The personal touch with the Hamper for a Birthday was very will recieved and a lovely surprise when we arrived.
