Breakfast was superb, cooked by the boss and served by the real boss - excellent. The cup of tea on arrival was a lovely touch and very welcoming

Cathy and Alan are truly a inspiring couple and there hard work and there to go the extra mile makes this B&B a credit to them both. The room are stopless and loverly. Plenty of room and the breakfast was 1st class.. Both Alan and Cathy made us feel welcome and made our stay like a proper feel of been at home while been away. We had a parking spot and also a table n chairs out side to have a little sit down if you wanted to.. All in all Alan and Cathy were truly hard working and put laot into there B&B and we will definitely be going back.. Cheers from David kerry xx

Brilliant stay at the tudor lodge for me and my daughter. Spent a few days exploring Skegness and needed a comfy, quiet place to stay. Bedroom was lovely, and owners were even better! A real home from home 5 minutes walk to the parade, so didn't need our car at all, Alan even let us leave it there for a last look around at check out. Breakfast was lovely, and Alan and Cath are always on hand for whatever you need or a recommendation. Lovely clean room in a quiet road perfect for families. Would definitely go back :)
