The hosts were very friendly and there was a good selection at breakfast, which was cooked to order. Location was very good, on a nice quiet street with a very short walk to the beach and the town centre.

They are always so welcoming its clean and warm breakfast is always very good and good quality ingredients they cannot do enough to make you feel welcome it is close to the town and the sea front I don’t need my car all weekend it’s our 2nd time here we will be returning x

Was really clean. Bed was really comfortable and breakfast outstanding. Located in the centre of Skegness which was great.
