Spacious room with fan, which was needed with the heat. Nice shower. Lovely breakfast, deffo stay here again if going to skegness.

Lovely family run business who couldn’t do enough for you. Very comfortable and clean. Great value for money. Booked one night stayed for two. Great little place.

Comfortable and clean. Lovely friendly, helpful staff who would possibly accommodate you more. Parking and just a short stroll to the main street and the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to book when returning to Skegness.
