Less than a 10 minute walk from Skegness’ pier and beach we are still close to all the local amenities including the Embassy Theatre, Natureland, Pleasure beach, Skegness Pier and Skegness Aquarium. There is free on-street parking on Scarbrough Avenue.

Lovely welcome and nothing to much trouble even allowed us to have breakfast earlier as we had to leave early before breakfast 😁😁😁

Very good breakfast. My partner has a gluten and nut free diet. Kat bought gluten-free sausages and bread, for her. The room was very comfortable and on the whole clean

A lovely family stay. Very welcoming. We took our children aged 3 and 5 and had the family room which was very clean and comfortable. Locating was perfect. Lovely breakfast with a very good selection
