staff friendly and welcoming. good location was clean upon arrival. excellent breakfast can change as needed. always asked if i needed anything for room in mornings tea etc.

Really nice B & B a few minutes walk from the seafront and town centre. Parking was fine on the road outside. Great breakfasts Upgraded room was a bonus as I was expecting a single room as booked but got a large room intended for families Excellent shower and could come and go as I pleased during the day Handy for visiting the other seaside locations further up the coast at Mabelthorpe and Sutton on Sea
