Had a lovely sea view triple room. It was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Right on the front and short walk to the attractions and bars. It was excellent value for the money

The location was great. I had a balcony overlooking the pitch and putt. The room, bedding and towels were spotless. The bed was comfortable and gave a good nights sleep. And the shower worked well.

The owners were really great as soon as we arrived. We got there before check in and we're very accommodating, let us into our room early so we could enjoy our day. Very good location close to the fairs and activities. Lovely quiet part of Skegness. Had a lovely stay.

The property is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach and all the main attractions in Skegness. It’s close to everything, which made getting around so easy. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They kindly let me store my pushchair and belongings in their back room whenever I needed, which made my stay even more convenient. Everyone was patient, helpful, and always smiling, it was genuinely a pleasure to be around them. The room itself was spacious; I stayed in the family room with a double bed and two singles. The bathroom was surprisingly large with a big bath (complete with a little seat!) and even a heater, so stepping out of the shower was always comfortable. The whole place felt warm and inviting. Honestly, it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in at Skegness and worth every penny. I highly recommend it and only wish we could have stayed longer!
