“A lovely place to stay with the family whilst visiting Skegness”

Felt like a home away from home. Room was so clean! Comfy bed and everything you need in the room, including a little hot chocolate. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was so tasty and good value for money.

The room was clean and tidy, everything was in working order and the bed was really comfortable. Would just have liked there to have been a window in the bathroom but there's not a lot that could have been done about that. The host was really helpful and friendly too. The price was so reasonable and I'd definitely stay here again. The street outside was nice and quiet.

Location was great, close to the centre/beach. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly. Everything was well worth the price regarding cleanliness with an ensuite. Breakfast is available, but we opted out.
