Hotel Overview

Situated on the Skegness’s North Promenade seafront, North Parade Seafront Accommodation offers limited free parking and an on-site restaurant. Rooms overlook the bowling green or rose gardens. The local bus and train station are a 10-minute walk away, while local bus stops can be found outside the accommodation. WiFi is available in all the communal areas.
North Parade Seafront Accommodation has a well-stocked bar, which during the winter season has limited opening but in the season there is bingo, games and entertainment. There is a guest lounge and a dining room serving breakfast and fresh home-cooked evening meals.
All rooms are en-suite and provide tea/coffee-making facilities and TVs. Hairdryers and ironing equipment are also available. There is a lift to all floors of the property.
The Embassy Centre, Pier and Amusements are 4 minutes’ walk away. Butlins holiday resort and Fantasy Island Ingoldmells Theme Park are both a 5-minute drive away. There is a bus stop situated outside North Parade Seafront Accommodation.

Hair dryers are in rooms Guests have the option to request a twin/double bed when booking. Bed sizes for these rooms are 3 foot for the twin or 6 foot for the double.

Standard Apartment - enter dates to see room photos

This apartment is located at the rear of the hotel and it contains 1 double bed and an additional room for a single or 2 singles for children under the age of 16. There is also a separate lounge, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. when booking children please put the ages of the children this will allocte beds for them, if the age is put as 0 then no beds will be allocated. There is a small walled area for guests to sit in the warm months. please note if you require twin beds for 2 adults, guest will need to book 2 adults plus 1 child. If you book 2 adults only a double bed will be allocated and made up.

Fantastic stay owners were brilliant the BnB was perfect everything we needed was minutes away if you like flat green bowls the greens are straight across the road, amusement and bar are within walking distance, room had tea coffee and replaced when asked, bed was comfortable, shower was ok as well. Breakfast was great. Will be looking to stay later in the year. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. IAN and SUE.
