The hosts were so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Perfect location, central to shopping and the beach. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable, we had a great couple of nights sleep, followed by a banging home cooked full English. Well worth what we paid. Can't wait to go back later in the year.

Good variety of cereals at breakfast with juices and a tick-list for hot food meant you never had anything you didn't want. There was also a good selection of evening meals. The room was clean and tidy with comfortable bed, and plenty of tea/coffee/milk, and a sea view. Hosts were excellent. Great location - short walk to shops/bars yet not too close so no noise disturbance.

Breakfast was amazing we knew what to expect as this is our second visit, the location is fantastic a short walk to the main strip with a fair and arcades and a short bus ride to fantasy island. The owners are amazing and really make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. We love coming to the ivy Dene and will definitely be returning aslong as Claire and kitty are there.
