Friendly hosts, nice comfortable room with good space. Lovely breakfast too. Brilliant location and close to the beach.

Was in a prime place at the clocktower in Skegness. Hosts were really nice, and breakfast was lovely. Rooms were a bit old-fashioned but clean and comfortable. No trouble sleeping (room was at the back). Even though it was a double room, it was adequate for one person. Overall, it was a nice stay for a couple of nights.
