It was literally around the corner to the places we wanted to go to, & still not too far away from the main 'strip' in town, which was a short walk to. There were about 6-7 steps with a handrail for support to go up & down outside, but everywhere else was on the same level, throughout the apartment. This was a relief for myself & my 83 year-old mum, who have some difficulty with steps/stairs. Sue took the time to meet me to give the apartment keys on arrival, showed me all of the facilities inside & the WiFi code for connection to the internet. When we left, we left instructions of where the keys would be located when we checked out. The apartment was very spacious and well spread out. Even though the bedrooms were quite compact, the main living space, bathroom & hallway were generous. I/we made use of the Netflix available during our time there, which was pretty decent. Drawers held all that was needed for the stay & a clothes hanging rail was available, with some hangers to use. Beds were firm & very comfortable for us. They were made up, ready for sleeping in. There were enough towels left for the duration of the stay. There were 'basics' such as general cleaning items, washing up liquid, sponges, tea towels & oven gloves available for use, plus spare teabags/coffee available for drinks. There was a small glovebox freezer & a decent-sized fridge, to contain items that needed to be cold. & some of space to hold ambient items to eat & enough crockery & utensils for eating in with. The hob & oven looked new, but we never used them as we ate out for most of the time we were there. Just outside, there were a few buckets/spades for trips to the beach, which would be nice to use, if anyone took children with them.
