The ADU was in a very tranquil location outside in the countryside. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The hosts provided fresh milk, eggs, toast and other materials for a breakfast. The wifi worked really well and the room took advantage of a great view overlooking the mountains and forest.

The Cruachan Cabin is a truly lovely place to stay on the Isle of Skye – even better than I imagined after reading the reviews. It’s comfortable and absolutely spotless (a solid 15 out of 10). The host was so kind and helpful, and the views are just stunning (especially the cows!). There were some really nice little touches, like finding eggs, milk, butter and cheese in the fridge, really appreciated! The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick meal. It’s also conveniently located, just a short drive from Portree. I completely fell in love with Skye and will definitely come back someday, and I’d love to stay at Cruachan Cabin again. Highly recommended!

Not Applicable as the property is self catering. However we were left milk,eggs,cheese butter, bread & yoghurt.

Great location - close to lots of attractions such as the Old Man of Storr, the Quiraing, Fairy Pools, Fairy Glen, Niest Point, and more. Very close to Portree as well.
